This trend is not very common among teenagers and college students but it exists and it is considered to be one of the deadliest trends. Alcohol is poured into the colon through using a tube that is inserted in the rectum to directly deliver alcohol in the bloodstream and this leads to poisoning the blood because the colon does not have alcohol dehydrogenases that make alcohol less toxic.
