Four Fairfield Pond is an American billionaire investment house controlled by Ira Rennert. It is New York City’s most costly mansion. Ira Rennert’s residence sits on the Oceanside overlooking the Atlantic Ocean. Its French design provides the home a refined air, yet its characteristics are pretty glamorous.

After the original French industrialist owner sold it, it was acquired by Pierre Cardin as a cottage.
