These heels were worn by actress Anika Noni Rose when she attended the 2007 Academy Awards. They cost $500,000 to be the cheapest on this list.

They are encrusted with four hundred and sixty four (464) diamonds. These diamonds can be removed to be worn as accessories around the neck or as bracelets. These shoes were worn by the Mexican actress Laura Harring during her appearance at the 2002 Academy Awards. These shoes cost $1,090,000.

They are made of Italian leather and are encrusted with five hundred and sixty five (565) Kwiat diamonds. The singer Alison Krauss appeared with these shoes at 2004 Oscars.

It is a pair of open-toed heels which is inspired by Rita Hayworth’s earrings and was worn by Kathleen York at the 2006 Academy Awards. These shoes are encrusted with diamonds, rubies and sapphires and they are currently owned by Princess Yasmin Aga Khan who is Hayworth’s daughter.
